El Festival se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la Plataforma Lavard\u00e9n, el Centro Cultural Parque de Espa\u00f1a, el Centro Cultural Roberto Fontanarrosa y otros espacios de la ciudad. Contar\u00e1 con la presencia de treinta poetas locales, nacionales e internacionales, de pa\u00edses como <strong>Canad\u00e1, Chile, China, Cuba, Ecuador, Espa\u00f1a y Suiza<\/strong>. La programaci\u00f3n, gratuita en su totalidad, incluir\u00e1 <strong>lecturas, talleres, charlas, mesas de debate, feria de editoriales, una residencia<\/strong> para poetas j\u00f3venes, trasnoches y espect\u00e1culos musicales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El FIPR es uno de los eventos en su especialidad m\u00e1s antiguos y acreditados de Latinoam\u00e9rica.
